We stand behind every ThEvo LABS formula. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of your order date and we'll refund you in full.

You don't need to return the product. Keep the bottle — we won't ask you to ship anything back.

How to request a refund

Email Customersupport@thevolabs.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost. You don't need to request a refund for this.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account — no fees, no commitment. Cancelling stops future charges. Orders that already shipped are covered by the 30-day guarantee above.

Limits

This guarantee covers one refund per customer and applies to purchases made directly at thevolabs.com. Products bought from other retailers are subject to that retailer's return policy.
