REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At ThEvo Labs, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing an order on thevolabs.com, you agree to the terms described below.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of health and wellness supplement products, all sales are considered final once a product has been opened or used. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened supplement products under any circumstances, as we cannot guarantee the safety or integrity of a product once it has left our fulfillment center and been opened.
ThEvo Labs will, however, fully support you in the specific situations described below.
2. Cases Eligible for Refund or Free Reship
ThEvo Labs will issue a full refund or free reship exclusively in the following situations:
A. Wrong Product Received You received a product different from what you ordered (wrong SKU or wrong label). Contact us within 30 days of confirmed delivery with your order number and a photo of the product received.
B. Broken or Tampered Safety Seal The inner safety seal of the container was broken, damaged, or open upon arrival. Note: A dented container with the inner seal intact does NOT qualify. Contact us within 30 days of confirmed delivery with your order number and a photo of the broken seal.
C. Expired Product The product you received has an expiration date that had already passed at the time of delivery. Contact us within 30 days with a photo of the expiration date and lot number printed at the bottom of the bottle.
D. Package Not Delivered — No Tracking Update Domestic (USA): If your tracking shows no update and the package has not been delivered within 30 days from the order date. International: If your tracking shows no update within 45 days from the order date.
⚠️ Important: Claims submitted after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date will not be accommodated, with no exceptions.
3. How to Submit a Refund or Reship Request
To be considered for a refund or free reship, you must contact us within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
What to include in your request:
- Your full name and email address used at checkout
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photo evidence of the defect, wrong product, broken seal, or expiration date (required — requests without photos will not be processed)
- Whether you prefer a refund or a free reship

Once we receive your complete request, we will review your case and notify you of the next steps within 2 business days.
4. Cases NOT Eligible for Refund or Return
The following situations are not covered under this policy:
- Products that have been opened, partially used, or consumed
- Dissatisfaction with results or change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer at checkout
- Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier where the customer claims non-receipt
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other logistical factors outside our control
- Sale or promotional items (unless the product arrived defective or incorrect)
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date
⚠️ ThEvo Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages where tracking confirms delivery. We strongly recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout to protect your shipment.
5. Returning a Product
In most eligible cases, you will NOT be required to return the product. Our team will review your photo evidence and determine the best resolution.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was made by ThEvo Labs
7. Dispute Resolution
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly by reaching out to our support team first.

8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
