CANCELLATION POLICY
Order Cancellations If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customersupport@thevolabs.com. We process orders quickly, so cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order confirmation and only if the order has not yet been shipped.
Already Shipped Orders If your order has already been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, you may initiate a return once you receive the product, in accordance with our Return Policy.
Subscription Cancellations If you have an active subscription with ThEvo LABS, you may cancel at any time through your online account or by contacting us at customersupport@thevolabs.com. Cancellations will take effect at the next billing cycle; no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
Incorrect or Erroneous Orders If we made an error with your order, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it at no additional cost to you.
