SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping (Economy) — FREE on orders of $75.00 USD or more. Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days.
  • UPS Ground — Carrier-calculated rate based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days. Available for all orders.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package directly through UPS.

Shipping Zones We currently ship within the United States only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at customersupport@thevolabs.com.

Shipping Delays ThEvo LABS is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order experiences a significant delay, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or you do not receive it, please contact us at customersupport@thevolabs.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
