ThEvo LABS is a brand operated by BSOM LLC, 1300 Summit Ave, Suite 520, Fort Worth, Texas 76102, United States. In these terms, "ThEvo LABS," "we," "us," and "our" refer to BSOM LLC doing business as ThEvo LABS.
ThEvo LABS operates a text messaging (SMS/MMS) program that allows us to communicate with customers and prospective customers about order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, customer support inquiries, product questions, promotions, new product launches, restock alerts, and abandoned cart reminders.
You may opt in to receive text messages from ThEvo LABS by:
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from ThEvo LABS at the mobile number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 marketing messages per month. Transactional messages, such as order and shipping updates, are sent as needed and are not subject to this limit.
Message and data rates may apply. ThEvo LABS does not charge you for the messages you receive from us, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you would like to rejoin, simply sign up again as described above.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
ThEvo LABS does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Information collected through our text messaging program is used only to operate that program and to serve you. For full details on how we handle your information, please review our Privacy Policy.
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
